FPSEC starts as a small security team out of B2B SaaS, fintech, and infrastructure — people who were tired of two-week audits and thousand-line scanner dumps.
- 2024
AppCheck v1
The first AppCheck ships with seven coverage areas and a certificate nobody had asked for yet. Three YC-backed SaaS companies take a chance on it.

Today
AppCheck covers all ten areas, and a person signs off on every finding before it reaches a report. Results land in 1 week. Share a repo and we'll read the code too — auth logic, secrets, the parts a scanner never sees.
